Robynn Ward, MSN, CEN, FNP-C 

IV Experts Clinical Director

As an educator, she brings more than 20 years of experience in emergency and critical care nursing. She is also a Family Nurse Practitioner and a certified emergency nurse, providing on-call ultrasound-guided peripheral IV placement. In addition to placing intravenous devices, she teaches vascular access insertion, complication recognition and management, and best practices for ongoing care and maintenance, while also training RNs in advanced IV insertion techniques.

IV Experts Executive Director of Education

An exceptional master’s-prepared IV nurse instructor with over 40 years of emergency department experience across Southern California, she is recognized for her expertise in establishing vascular access in complex and challenging cases, particularly within skilled nursing facility populations. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, she has trained and mentored nurses in advanced IV skills and vascular access best practices, with a strong focus on clinical accuracy, safety, and confidence-building. She also provides on-call vascular access support for difficult access situations, bringing critical expertise when it is needed most. Her commitment to patient care and education is reflected in her clinical excellence and her dedication to developing skilled, competent clinicians.

She manages the administrative and operational side of the business, overseeing website management, social media, marketing materials, payroll support, billing processes, reporting, and data management. With a strong focus on organization and efficiency, she supports daily operations, streamlines workflows, tracks key performance metrics, and helps ensure the company runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her expertise with platforms such as QuickBooks and Google Sheets contributes to effective business operations and continued growth.
