IV In-Service: $175
IV Competency class: $300
Survey Audit Preparation: $175/hr
Minimum Service Charge: $175 (Upon arrival of IV Experts to the facility, a minimum service fee of $175 will be charged even if facility cancels, or service not possible for some unforeseen reason.)
